CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT
EYA, an award winning residential builder/developer is seeking an energetic and qualified Construction Superintendent. This position is required to ensure timely delivery of the best quality units in the market place. Construction Superintendents are required to coordinate building activities with purchasers, order materials, coordinate the schedule of each phase of construction and delivery of services from appropriate subcontractors, and monitor all production schedules and activities.  This position is required to walk each unit in order of delivery, provide daily follow-up lists to subcontractors, and keep a phone log that records all phone conversations and daily weather conditions.  This position reports directly to the job site Construction Manager. Knowledge of construction procedures, trade practices, building costs, project scheduling, project cost control, safety procedures required.  Experience in residential “for sale” construction required.  Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and a minimum of 3 years of construction experience required.
