The Neightborhoods of EYA
About Us

EYA Cares

While homebuilding is the primary thing we do, building sustainable neighborhoods is what we love.  And that means more than welcoming new homeowners - it means giving back in the communities where we build.

EYA participates in a variety of charitable activities throughout the year - from lending our construction expertise to organizations in need of support to arranging volunteer and donation events for our staff's involvement.

Here are some of our partners:

Arcadia is DC's newest resource for sustainable food and agriculture.  EYA is a founding sponsor of this new organization, created by restauratuer Michael Babin.
Annually, EYA partners with the Marines for the Toys for Tots toy drive in the Washington Metropolitan Area.  Drop off spots are located in the corporate office and in EYA's sales centers.
As part of EYA's redevelopment of historic downtown Hyattsville, EYA founded the First Annual Hyattsville Art Festival and has organized it for the past three years.
The NVBIA is the area's organization which brings homebuilders together to give back in the communities we serve.  EYA participates in numerous NVBIA charity events every year.
The Carpenter's Shelter is a model organization fighting homelessness in Alexandria.  Through services, advocacy and education, it serves nearly 1,000 people each year.  EYA recently completed a renovation in their headquarters facility.

If you represent an organization wishing to get involved with EYA, kindly send us an email at jenniferm@eya.com.
