There’s no better time to treat your taste buds to a culinary adventure than during the DC and Alexandria Restaurant Weeks! For one, it’s blistery hot and no one wants to be slaving over a hot stove in August. And two, it’s an affordable way to explore some of the area’s more expensive venues.

For as little as $20 at lunch or $35 at dinner, Washington’s most acclaimed eateries serve up a delicious three-course prix fixe menu including appetizer, dinner and dessert. But don’t delay: the hottest spots require reservations and many restaurants will book up fast. Some venues, like Rasika, are already full.

For as little as $35 at dinner, enjoy a prix fixe menu including appetizer, dinner and dessert.
