For the first time in the company's 15-year history, EYA has been added to Builder Magazine's “Builder 100” list. The publication ranks the nation’s largest new home builders by number of homes completed and sold per year. In 2007, EYA ranked 200, making the magazine's “Next 100” of the Builder 100.

EYA has been developing and building new home neighborhoods in the Washington DC metropolitan area for 15 years. To date, over 2,500 homeowners have moved into their new EYA homes. In addition to being one of the largest builders in the area, EYA proudly holds an excellent customer satisfaction record—over 98% of EYA homeowners would recommend their neighborhoods to their friends and family.
