EYA Announces Key Executive Promotions
BETHESDA, MD—January 15, 2009—EYA, LLC, a leading urban infill real estate developer, today announced the promotion of three senior executives.
Brian Allan (AJ) Jackson has been promoted to Senior Vice President, and will now serve on EYA’s Executive Committee. Jackson has been with EYA since 2004, most recently in the position of Vice President, Land Acquisition and Development.He has been responsible for several of EYA’s public-private partnerships, which include urban mixed-income communities.Prior to joining EYA, Jackson served as Chief of Staff at the U.S. General Services Administration where he played a key role in several high-profile development project as well as in GSA’s response to the 9/11 terrorist attacks and the anthrax attacks in Washington, DC.Jackson has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Alabama and a Master of Business Administration from the Harvard Business School.
John F. Fahey has been promoted to Senior Vice President. Fahey joined EYA in 2005, and has recently served as Vice President, Construction and Warranty Service.His responsibilities include the management of all vertical construction activities from product development and unit delivery to warranty services.Prior to joining EYA, Fahey was the Senior Construction Manager for the Mid-Atlantic high rise construction portfolio of JPI Partners, LLC.He has 29 years of experience in construction and real estate with expertise in horizontal and high-rise technologies in the United States and abroad.Fahey has a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from the University of California at Berkeley.
J. Wyndham Robertson has been promoted to Senior Vice President. Robertson has been with EYA since 1996, most recently as Vice President, Land Development.He is responsible for the management of all civil engineering and design, the development of land budgets and schedules and overseeing all day-to-day operations of land development.Prior to joining EYA, Robertson served as Projects Manager for Land Development at Kettler and Scott, Inc.He has over 23 years of experience in real estate development in the Washington DC metro area.Robertson holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Economics from Randolph-Macon College.
