EYA Celebrates Housing Renovations with Alexandria Mayor

What were once two uninhabitable apartment buildings are now 24 newly renovated affordable rental homes, featuring energy-efficient construction certified by EarthCraft.

In a partnership with Alexandria Redevelopment and Housing Authority (ARHA), EYA performed the rehabilitation work on behalf of the City.  The homes were completed in just over four months.  Today, Alexandria residents enjoy clean, affordable living in a convenient location in the City - just steps from public transportation and neighborhood shops.

City officials and residents gathered at a Ribbon Cutting ceremony on December 8th to celebrate the work.
