ORLANDO, FL—At the International Builders' Show this February, judges honored EYA with two Best In American Living Awards (BALA).

They selected Arts District Hyattsville as the “Best Urban Smart Growth Neighborhood” for excellence in land planning and home design. Judges also applauded The Berkeley model at Park Potomac as the “Best Attached Townhome Design”.

These prestigious awards, sponsored by Professional Builder magazine and the National Association of Home Builders, recognize the nation's most exceptional home designs from among hundreds of entries.
