Hundreds of building industry professionals gathered on May 22, 2008 to honor best practices and designs in new home marketing.

Two decorated models at National Park Seminary were honored by judges with MAME (Major Achievements in Marketing Excellence) Awards.

The Stratton and Forsythe models were chosen for awards by members of the Maryland-National Capital Building Industry Association and the Northern Virginia Building Industry Association. Among the winning criteria are innovative use of space, floor plans that today's homebuyers demand, and outstanding interior design.
