EYA offers homeowners the best of smart city living with easy access to transit and the area’s best shopping, dining and attractions. Two of EYA’s neighborhoods, Chelsea Heights and The Brownstones at Chevy Chase Lake, will have even more transit options for residents when Metro’s Purple Line opens for service. The 16-mile light rail line will connect Bethesda to New Carrollton and feature 21 stops in locations including Silver Spring, Takoma Park, and College Park.
Chelsea Heights is walking distance to the future Silver Spring stations and The Brownstones at Chevy Chase Lake will be just steps from the Connecticut Avenue station. Earlier this month, Maryland’s Board of Public Works unanimously approved the contract for the Purple Line, bringing it one step closer to transporting areas commuters. Purple Line service is expected to begin in 2022.
Chelsea Heights is almost 90% sold out! You're invited to join us for our Model Home Event May 7 at 25 Ellsworth Heights Street to learn more about this beautiful new boutique neighborhood in the heart of downtown Silver Spring.
