Now, *Smart Money* magazine offers a financial reason to make the move into a more accessible location. Author Brett Aurends in "[Want to Save Money: Move Downtown](http://www.smartmoney.com/invest/strategies/want-to-save-money-move-downtown-1343081253155/?link=SM_mustread)" offers a series of calculations proving that home ownership in urban neighborhoods is a better value than dual car ownership in the suburbs.

Thinking of transitioning to a *life within walking distance*? Visit [http://www.EYA.com](http://www.EYA.com) to view one of our many transit-friendly townhome or condominium communities today.
