This weekend, EYA will release the highly anticipated historic stone architectural style for sale at Chancellor's Row.

The release of this first building is one of only three stone buildings in the entire 10-acre development. They are designed to draw from the Gothic Revival influence of the adjacent century-old St. Paul's College, which was built in 1914.

These new townhomes include details such as pointed arch windows, steep gables, bay windows with diamond grille patterns, and roofing inspired by St. Paul's terra cotta roof.

St. Paul's College, built in 1914, provides the inspiration from Gothic Revival style.

St. Paul's College is a 10-acre campus of historic structures and green spaces. EYA's Chancellor's Row surrounds the campus on three sides.

While these new homes look historic, they'll include all the expected modern amenities: 3-4 bedrooms, 2.5 - 3.5 bathrooms, gourmet kitchen with preparation island, loft with rooftop terrace and garage parking. Known as "The Dupont II" floorplan type, this building will overlook the St. Paul's College greenspace preserves.

To reserve one of the 5 homes in this limited release, visit the sales center at 627 Regent Place, NE in the District or call 202-290-3794. Model homes are open daily from 11 AM - 6 PM. Priced from $649,900.
