Whenever we design a model home, we like to incorporate unique or historic maps as framed art. It reminds prospective homebuyers how cool being a Washingtonian really is.
Check out this piece we stumbled upon. Great typographical approach at defining DC's neighborhoods. Of course, the boundaries are debatable (e.g. whether EYA's townhome community Chancellor's Row is in Edgewood or Stronghold), but it's a very cool addition to a contemporary design decor.
