His responsibilities include the management of all activities from product development, preconstruction, bidding/estimating to unit delivery and post settlement. John has 35 years of experience in construction and real estate with expertise in for sale, for rent, and mixed use developments.
Having put in place over $2.0 billion dollars of construction, he possesses the knowledge and expertise to provide leadership in strategic areas of preconstruction, construction and warranty. John grew up in California, holds a BA in Architecture from the University of California at Berkeley and is a panelist for the American Arbitration Association.
