Robinson Landing is the premier waterfront development site in Old Town Alexandria. The 3.22 acre waterfront parcel is bordered by Duke, Union, and Wolfe streets. Point Lumley Park and the soon to be built Hotel Indigo are to the North, the Potomac River is to the east, the Waterford Place townhouse community is to the West, and the Harborside townhouse community is to the South. Robinson Landing is two blocks South of King Street in the heart of Old Town and an easy walk to the Torpedo Factory, as well as numerous restaurants, boutiques, and galleries.
Robinson Landing will be developed into a mixed use residential community featuring 26 elevator townhomes and 70 luxury condominiums with design that blends historic Old Town with the new waterfront plan. In addition to the new shops, restaurants, townhomes, and condominiums, the existing pier will be upgraded to include a café, seating areas, and public spaces. Along the waterfront, a 20ft-wide promenade will be constructed with a lawn and water feature. When complete, Robinson Landing will be the preeminent waterfront development in Alexandria, and the project's homeowners will join the almost 1,500 Alexandria residents who currently live in EYA communities
