Looking to start your St. Patrick's Day celebrations a bit early this year? Look no further than Old Town Alexandria, which offers what is arguably the best concentration of Irish themed events and destinations in Washington.

Tomorrow, Saturday, March 3rd, start your day by picking up a cup of Joe at any one of [Old Town's boutique coffee shops](http://maps.google.com/maps?q=old%20town%20alexandria%20va%20coffee&oe=utf-8&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&client=firefox-a&um=1&ie=UTF-8&hl=en&sa=N&tab=wl), of which there are about a dozen!

Then, head over to the [Classic Car Show](http://www.ballyshaners.org/parade/ParadeInfo_carshow.htm) on Pitt Street (between King and Cameron Street) at 10 AM before another quick stop at the [Dog Show in Market Square](http://www.ballyshaners.org/parade/ParadeInfo_dogshow.htm) at 10:30.

Around 11:30, pop over to [Pat Troy's Irish Pub](http://www.pattroysirishpub.com/) for a delicious Irish Brunch and perhaps an Irish Coffee before making your way to the [Old Town Alexandria St. Patrick's Day Parade](http://www.ballyshaners.org/parade/parade_front.htm) along King Street at 12:30.
