Looking to start your St. Patrick's Day celebrations a bit early this year? Look no further than Old Town Alexandria, which offers what is arguably the best concentration of Irish themed events and destinations in Washington.

Tomorrow, Saturday, March 3rd, start your day by picking up a cup of Joe at any one of Old Town's boutique coffee shops, of which there are about a dozen!

Then, head over to the Classic Car Show on Pitt Street (between King and Cameron Street) at 10 AM before another quick stop at the Dog Show in Market Square at 10:30.

Around 11:30, pop over to Pat Troy's Irish Pub for a delicious Irish Brunch and perhaps an Irish Coffee before making your way to the Old Town Alexandria St. Patrick's Day Parade along King Street at 12:30. It's all just steps from EYA's Old Town Commons new home community.

If you're still in the mood to celebrate Dublin style, discover one of Old Town's numerous Irish bars (and while you're at it, pick up some reading material to freshen up on your knowledge of Ireland's pub and potato history).
