These homesites will be released for sale on a first-come, first-served basis on Saturday, September 19th, starting at 10 AM. If a line has formed before the sales center opens, the sales team will collect contact information and provide an estimated meeting time based on order of arrival. Each meeting is expected to last approximately 30 minutes. Once you receive your estimated meeting time, you may remain at the sales center or return closer to that time. No reservations may be made on any of these homes before September 19th at 10 AM.

A $10,000 deposit will be required to reserve your home, paid via Earnnest, check or wire transfer. The balance of your 10% deposit will be due upon execution of the purchase agreement, which will occur within one week of your reservation.
