Celebrate the City of Alexandria’s Birthday!

This month, the City of Alexandria will celebrate its 265th birthday! Join in the festivities on Saturday, July 12th along the Potomac waterfront at Oronoco Bay Park. Bring a blanket and picnic and pick a prime spot on the lawn to enjoy live music, fireworks and more. The event kicks off at 7:00 pm with a live band, followed by birthday cake and the grand finale fireworks display at 9:30 pm! Admission is free.

Oronoco Bay Park is located next to EYA’s newest Old Town neighborhood, The Oronoco, and just minutes from Old Town Commons. EYA has been building homes in Alexandria for the past 22 years. We are proud to be a part of the city’s past and look forward to being a part of its future.
