Perfectly situated in a five-acre wooded enclave, the Chevy Chase Lakes neighborhood serves as a model for modern mixed-income development.
Through its first partnership with Montgomery County’s Housing Opportunities Commission (HOC), EYA transformed the 68-unit affordable housing community once located on this site into a denser, more walkable neighborhood for all who live here. Chevy Chase Lakes is comprised of 62 luxury brownstones, a 200-unit mixed-income apartment building, and a half-acre public park.
The stately brownstones feature elevators, open floor plans, expansive rooftop terraces, and two-car garages. The apartments offer inviting living spaces with plenty of natural light. Located adjacent to the planned Purple Line station, the neighborhood is steps from highly desirable amenities, including retail shops, restaurants, the Capital Crescent Trail, and Rock Creek Park.
