Bob Youngentob is CEO of EYA, LLC and one of the founding partners. His responsibilities include product and site visioning, investor relations, investment committee leadership, and strategy, particularly in acquisition and development. Bob has over 30 years of real estate experience.

Bob currently serves on the Board of Advisors for The Universities at Shady Grove and the Terwillinger Center of the Urban Land Institute. He is a former chair of the Washington D.C. District Council of the Urban Land Institute and currently is chair of its Governance Committee. Bob has served on multiple private school boards including The Maret School and Green Acres. He has been a guest lecturer on real estate at the Harvard Business School, Georgetown University, University of Maryland and Johns Hopkins University, and has spoken at numerous conferences sponsored by the Urban Land Institute and Builder Magazine. In 2016, Bob was inducted into the W.H. Marvin Hall of Fame for Design Excellence. In 1996, he was recognized as an Entrepreneur of The Year by Ernst and Young. Bob grew up in the Washington D.C. area, graduated from Lehigh University, and earned a MBA from the Harvard Business School. -

McLean Quinn is President of EYA, LLC. He oversees corporate management and strategy, investor relations, acquisition and development strategy and project stewardship, and chairs the Partnership Committee. Before being named President in February 2019, McLean served as Vice President of Acquisition and Development, leading acquisition, negotiations, entitlement, underwriting and project stewardship for numerous projects at EYA. McLean is active in ULI and is past participant in the ULI Washington Regional Land Use Leadership Institute and Leadership Montgomery.

Before joining EYA, McLean evaluated opportunistic real estate investments for Morgan Stanley's Real Estate Fund (MSREF) in New York and worked in private equity and investment banking at Wells Fargo in Charlotte, North Carolina. He earned a BA in Political Science from Davidson College and an MBA with Distinction from the Kellogg School of Management, where he was an Austin Scholar. McLean lives in Washington D.C. with his wife and two children. -

Frank Connors is Chief Operating Officer and Chief Risk Officer of EYA, LLC. He oversees all homebuilding business and construction operations and manages risk mitigation and planning for all of EYA. Joining EYA in 1992 as head of accounting and finance, Frank quickly became known as the leader who provides financial and business management expertise at the corporate and operations level. He served as CFO for EYA and in 2009 also assumed the role of COO. In 2010, Frank was awarded the CFO of the Year by the Washington Business Journal.

Frank grew up in the Washington D.C. area, received a BS in Accounting from the University of South Carolina, and has successfully completed the Uniform Certified Public Accounting Exam and the University of Maryland’s Leadership Development Program. -

Milli Arakawa CFO of EYA, LLC. She provides leadership and coordination of financial planning, accounting and reporting, tax planning, and debt and equity financing for EYA, LLC and numerous affiliated entities.

Before being named CFO in February 2019, Milli served as Vice President of Accounting and Finance for EYA. Prior to joining EYA, she worked at a Brixmor, a public REIT, and in the audit practice of the real estate practice of Ernst & Young.

Milli is the founder and current chairperson of the One Desk Foundation (www.onedeskfoundation.org). Established in 2010, the foundation’s mission is to promote the importance of education and to encourage a spirit of community service and volunteerism in our younger generation. Through Milli’s leadership and passion to serve others, the foundation has successfully partnered with Major League Baseball, the WNBA and other non-profit organizations to conduct volunteer projects globally.

Milli graduated cum laude from the University of California Los Angeles, with a BS in Business Economics and a minor in Accounting. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. -

He brings a decade of mixed-use and multi-family experience to the EYA development team and works on sourcing new deals as well as shepherding projects through the development process. Prior to joining EYA, Evan was Vice President of Development at Federal Realty Investment Trust, where he was primarily responsible for managing the development of Pike & Rose. Evan regularly guest lectures about real estate, planning, and development at local universities. He currently serves on the Advisory Board of the Urban Land Institute Washington and is a Trustee of the Milton Gottesman Jewish Day School of the Nation’s Capital. In 2012, Evan received the Livable Communities Leadership Award from the Washington, DC based Coalition for Smarter Growth.

Evan earned a BS in Design and Environmental Analysis from Cornell University and a MBA in Real Estate and Finance from the Wharton Business School. He lives in Washington, DC with his wife and three young children. -

Jack McLaurin is Vice President of Planning and Design at EYA, LLC. His experience in designing walkable urban communities spans over two decades working on EYA’s most notable projects throughout the region. A core member of EYA’s leadership team, Jack heads our architectural studio responsible for creative and conceptual design in the land acquisition and design phases of our projects.

Jack frequently participates in the National Association of Home Builders, is past co-chair of the NAHB Design Education Subcommittee and is actively involved in the region’s building industry associations promoting design excellence. He holds a BA in Architecture from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and is a registered architect. Jack is NCARB-certified and also a Certified Green Professional through the National Association of Home Builders. Lisa brings a strong mix of both management and business expertise to these positions. Prior to joining EYA, she served in various executive human resources leadership roles for over two decades, gaining domestic and international leadership experience in multiple industries including high-tech engineering, manufacturing, and the Defense & Intelligence industries. Lisa is a native Washingtonian and holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Maryland, a MA in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Baltimore, and a Leadership Coaching Certificate from Georgetown University. He was a member of the Obama for America Finance Committee and a co-founder (along with his wife) of the Thakkar/Giallourakis Scholarship Fund for St. John's College High School.
