From EYA's townhomes at Chelsea Heights, stroll right down Ellsworth into the heart of Silver Spring and discover a jazzy, delightful and hip collection of local artists. Tonight from 6:30-8:30 p.m., enjoy the sounds of Ruben Montoya and his "funky blues roots rock" while sipping a cocktail from one of the many patio bars.
