EYA Co-Founder and President Bob Youngentob is featured in this weekend's Real Estate section of The Washington Post, where he talks about weathering the housing downturn and his outlook for the future.

The Post identifies the award-winning company as one of the Washington Metropolitan Area's pioneers in smart growth and metro-oriented development. EYA, which will celebrate its 20th anniversary next year, has constructed more than 3,000 homes and tackled some of the most challenging sites in the region, from building on the banks of the Potomac River to revitalizing passed-over neighborhoods.
