Amy Friedlander

Director of Acquisitions​

As Director of Acquisitions​, Amy brings her expertise in land use planning and design into her management of a range of project types, including master-planned mixed-use redevelopment. With her strong network of connections in the region, she provides unique insights into evaluating and sourcing new acquisitions. Amy has a diverse background in the real estate development process, having previously worked in long-range planning for the City of Alexandria, and as a planner with a boutique land use law firm specializing in Northern Virginia. Amy received a Master of Urban Planning with distinction from the Harvard Graduate School of Design and a B.Arch from Virginia Tech.
