At EYA, our priority is the health, well-being, and safety of our team, homeowners, neighbors, and community. This situation is creating a lot of change for everyone, and we are working to address these changes and to update our response as new information becomes available.

Although this is not business as usual, we remain committed to our mission of helping you explore new home opportunities. Effective today, our sales offices are switching from our physical sales centers to virtual, online sales offices. Our sales managers are available to help you by phone, FaceTime or video chat. They are ready to answer any questions as well as to provide information and virtual tours to be viewed from the comfort and safety of your home.

All initial homes sold opening weekend at Westbard Square in Bethesda, MD

On Saturday, we were thrilled to welcome over 450 guests to our Preview Event for The Brownstones at Westbard Square! We had unprecedented interest in the homes and more than 60 prospective buyers were in line the following morning (many who camped out overnight) for a contract appointment.
