New Floorplans From the Mid $500s EYA has introduced two competitively priced townhome models at Westside -- the Fitzgerald and Gershwin. The new models offer three bedrooms on one level in a thoughtfully designed, compact floor plan that also includes a two-car garage. Homes are priced in the mid $500’s. Stroll/Bike/Cruise Now that Westside’s new Metro access connection is open, you can walk from Columbus Avenue to the Shady Grove Station in as little as five minutes. In addition, EYA has installed three Capital Bikeshare stations: one at the Metro entrance, one adjacent to the retail core, and one central to the townhomes.
