The Maryland Building Industry Association (MBIA) Land Development Council awards program honors leaders in the industry and celebrates creative development projects that are sensitive to the environment and promote best building practices. And for 2016, EYA received two top awards.

EYA’s Grosvenor Heights was awarded Community of the Year. Located in a wooded preserve, this Bethesda neighborhood is rich in history and received recognition for exceptional planning and site design resulting in a “best-in-class community” that seamlessly blends into the surrounding area.

Frank Connors and Bob Youngentob were also honored as Developers of the Year on behalf of EYA. This award offers “recognition to individuals who have demonstrated the highest level of professionalism, credibility, quality of work and contributions to the land development industry.”

EYA is proud to receive these honors. Read more about the MBIA awards here.
