"On behalf of everyone at EYA, we are so pleased to accept this award. Our vendor partners are vital to our business and our ability to deliver an excellent product to our homebuyers," said Bob Youngentob, President of EYA. "We couldn't be more proud."

Since 1992, EYA has built over 4,000 homes in urban infill locations. The company has earned more than 250 industry awards in this time, including America's Best Builder, not once, but twice. EYA has actively selling neighborhoods in the District, Old Town Alexandria, Fairfax, Bethesda, Hyattsville and Silver Spring.

MNCBIA is the building industry association for the Maryland National Capital area. Among its many activities, the organization provides networking opportunities for industry businesses, advances important issues in housing, and gives back through philanthropic efforts.
