Every year, Smart Growth America presents the LOCUS Leadership Awards to developers and investors who have demonstrated exemplary commitment to public leadership, smart growth development and furthering the mission of advocating for sustainable, walkable urban development.

EYA recently received the runner-up Honorable Mention for 2016 Company of the Year. EYA was selected from companies across the country and we are thrilled to be recognized for this national award.
