The EYA Foundation proudly donated 25 backpacks to Montgomery Housing Partnership (MHP) as part of the company's summer meeting in Bethesda. MHP provides the backpacks to kids-in-need at their after-school homework club in Silver Spring. The organization operates affordable housing communities throughout Montgomery County and serves their residents with a variety of programs designed to improve quality of life. On Friday, October 24, 2014, EYA employees gathered for their annual Day of Service in Washington, DC. This year's recipient of giving was Byte Back, a DC-based non-profit which provides computer training and employment readiness classes to low-income individuals.

EYA today announces its 2014 college scholarship contest for District of Columbia public & charter high school seniors living in Ward 5. This June the company will award a $2,000 annual scholarship to up to two students based on an evaluation of short essays and recommendations.
