Fairfax, VA (August 30, 2023) – EYA and the City of Fairfax are thrilled to announce that residents have moved into the city’s first ADUs at EYA’s Sutton Heights community. This is a very important milestone towards increasing affordable housing in the City of Fairfax.

At EYA, we take great pride in not only creating beautiful living spaces, but also designing neighborhoods that bring people together and offer the best of life within walking distance. On Saturday, we hosted our VIP preview event for EYA's newest neighborhood, Tysons Ridge. With unprecedented interest in the community, more than 500 people attended the opening event. Buyers camped out overnight to be first in line to purchase a home on Sunday morning, and 18 homes sold on the first day!
