Fifty Old Town boutiques will be opening early on November 29th and offering deep discounts and one-of-a-kind deals to shoppers beginning at 6 am. Early bird shoppers will be rewarded with the best discounts, many stores offering 30% off or more! For example, Hysteria will be offering 30% off from 6AM – 8AM, 20% off from 8AM – 10AM, 10% off from 10AM – 6PM, plus 70% off all upstairs clothing items. As a special incentive, the City of Alexandria is offering free parking at all meters and in all city-owned lots and garages. Plus, the free King Street Trolley will begin at 6 am in order to help shoppers get the best deals in town!
