Private Tour Safety Guidelines
At EYA, our priority is the health, well-being, and safety of our team, homeowners, neighbors, and community. This is why we are only open by appointment and all tours must be scheduled to ensure safe social distancing practices are in order. When arriving for your tour, you will give us a call to let us know you have arrived. This contact information will all be provided prior to your appointment. All visitors will be required to wear a face covering throughout the duration of the appointment, as will all EYA team members. Gloves will be provided and no food or drink will be permitted inside the homes. Our sales managers will also ensure they are maintaining a safe distance of at least six feet apart.
