Workforce Homes are set aside by the City to encourage affordable new home ownership among moderate income buyers.

The Workforce Homes (townhome-style condominiums) at Alexandria Crossing feature two- or three-bedroom floorplans on one or two levels and include energy efficient construction, up to 1,416 square feet of living space, washer & dryer, and two deeded reserved parking spaces.

Situated just moments from Metro, downtown DC and the vibrant Shops of Shirlington and Old Town, Alexandria Crossing offers incredible accessibility to everywhere you want to be.
