Spring is around the corner and Old Town Alexandria is getting ready to bloom! Spring is a great time to wander through the historic streets, visit gardens and enjoy some of Old Town’s fantastic Springtime events.

Fun for your four-legged friends, Doggy Happy Hour is back at Jackson 20! Beginning April 7th, canines will take over the courtyard every Tuesday from 5 PM – 8 PM. Treats for the dogs and drink specials for their companions will be available.

Celebrate Spring with a Historic Garden Tour on Saturday, April 18th. The walking tour will visit five row houses with courtyard gardens and stop for refreshments at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church. The tour also provides access to the Lee-Fendall House Museum and Garden, Mount Vernon Estate and Garden and more. Tickets are $40 per person.

Saturday, April 22nd is Spring2ACTion Business Give Back day in the Old Town Boutique District. Shop at a participating boutique and they will give a percentage of your purchase to their selected charity or your charity of choice! Participating boutiques include Red Barn Mercantile, Pink & Brown, The Sugar Cube and more.

EYA’s townhomes at Old Town Commons and luxury condominiums at The Oronoco are moments from King Street and all these great events. Both communities are now selling their final homes, so stop by our sales centers before it’s too late!

Happy Spring!
