Spotlight: Sutton Heights (formerly Metro Church)

We are thrilled to announce that we have recently rezoned and purchased a 4-acre parcel from Celebration Church. The property is located at 3500 Pickett Road in the City of Fairfax and formerly housed the Metro Church. The 50-unit townhome project will be priced from the $700s and open for sale in Fall 2021.
