EYA’s newest Rockville community, Tower Oaks, will feature a unique destination at its center: the CORE. This amenity-rich space will act as a central gathering spot for residents. With a variety of features from a yoga studio to a neighborhood cafe, there will be many opportunities for residents to engage in recreational and community events. This is where a distinct feature of the CORE will come into play: a full-time lifestyle coordinator.

This past Saturday, we were thrilled to welcome hundreds of guests to our Tower Oaks VIP preview event in Rockville, MD. It was a warm and sunny afternoon as folks met and mingled with members of the EYA team to learn more about this unique new neighborhood.

As one of the most renowned communities in the DC metro area, Bethesda, MD is known for its eclectic mix of restaurants, extensive boutique and retail shopping, vibrant downtown, and variety of fun outdoor activities. Not only does Bethesda have so much to offer in terms of entertainment, but it offers its residents close proximity to the nation's capital as well as a variety of transportation options.

This weekend, thousands of commuters across the globe will choose to take alternate forms of transportation to get where they need to go for World Car Free Day. While World Car Free Day is technically this Sunday, September 22nd, Commuter Connections is challenging DC metro area residents and commuters to participate from Saturday, September 21st through Monday, September 23rd.

No one celebrates summer quite like Old Town. From festivals and fireworks shows to riverside beer gardens and themed cruises on the Potomac, the season is just getting started. This July, the arrival of the much-anticipated Tall Ship Providence kicks off a month full of fun and exciting local events in Old Town.

Nothing says summertime like live music, cold drinks, and soaking up the sunshine by the water. You’ll find all of this (and more!) all season long at the waterfront in Old Town Alexandria and it all begins this weekend.
