On Saturday, EYA team members gathered at our VIP preview event for EYA's newest neighborhood, Farmstead District in Rockville, MD. With strong interest in the community, more than 250 people attended the opening event. Several buyers even camped out overnight to be first in line to purchase a home on Sunday morning and 7 homes sold on the first day.

The innovative new neighborhood is the result of a commercial to residential rezoning and the annexation of a portion of the site into the City of Rockville.
