We are thrilled to share that EYA co-founders Bob Youngentob and Terry Eakin were inducted into NAHB’s esteemed Best in American Living Hall of Fame last week at the International Builders' Show in Las Vegas. As part of the 40th Anniversary class, Bob and Terry, along with the other inductees, were recognized nationally for demonstrating their talents through advocacy, innovation, creativity and residential design excellence.

We are excited to announce that The Townhomes at Graham Park has received the Award of Merit for Best Infill Site Plan Solution at the national Golden Nugget Awards. Now in its 60th year, the Golden Nugget Awards honor the industry's top architects, planners, builders and developers who improve communities through exceptional design, planning and development. Winners this year were chosen from over 600 entries.

This award celebrates the professional and philanthropic contributions of a longstanding leader who has made a lasting impact on the Washington area's real estate industry, as well as meaningful contributions to improving and supporting local communities.

Bethesda Magazine's 2022 Top Places to Work have been announced, and EYA ranks #5 among Bethesda-area businesses! The article notes EYA's culture of promoting a strong work-life balance, hybrid work schedule, supportive environment, and a shared-passion to build the best homes and neighborhoods for Washington area residents as reasons why team members love working at the company.

We are excited to share that Robinson Landing received a top national award for its innovative site plan design. The Old Town Alexandria community won the 2021 Gold Nugget Grand Award for Best Infill Site Plan Solution, as well as an Award of Merit for Best Multifamily Housing Community.

We are honored to announce that the Townhomes at Robinson Landing received top national recognition at the annual Best in American Living Awards (BALA) ceremony, earning the "Gold" award for best design.
