And in 2019, we're thrilled for Grosvenor Heights to be awarded the Readers' Pick for Best Luxury Townhome Community for the third time. The Maryland Building Industry Association (MBIA) Land Development Council awards program honors leaders in the industry and celebrates creative development projects that are sensitive to the environment and promote best building practices. And for 2016, EYA received two top awards.
