EYA and the District of Columbia Housing Authority (DCHA) will release the final set of workforce homes at Capitol Quarter on Saturday, October 1st through a 10 AM lottery drawing.
The homes are set aside by DCHA to encourage affordable homeownership among moderate income households.
If your household income is less than $119,025, you may be eligible to participate in the Workforce Financing Program, in which up to thirteen homes will be made available.
The Decatur and Farragut models feature two, three or four bedrooms, available garage parking, spacious open main level and historically inspired architectural details. The homes are expected to be ready for move-in by Fall 2012.
Interested parties must first visit the sales center to be pre-qualified to enter the lottery drawing. Pre-qualification events are held between September 12-25 from 11 AM to 6 PM at 1020 4th Street SE.
