DC-based developers have proposed another exciting mixed-use community less than 5 blocks from EYA’s Chancellor’s Row DC Townhome neighborhood.

901 Monroe

On the current site of Colonel Brooks’ Tavern, owner Jim Steigman, The Menkiti Group, and Horning Brothers are proposing 224 luxury apartment homes and 12,750 s.f. of retail space (a stone’s throw from ABDO’s new retail town center).

If approved, construction could start as early as late 2012. Preview the full proposal here.
