Harris Teeter Eyes Brookland

Brookland may be the next Washington DC neighborhood to welcome the North Carolina-based grocery chain. Harris Teeter has been in discussions with city officials and developers Bozzuto Group, Pritzker Realty Group, and Abdo Development about opening a store in their $200 million project on Catholic University’s South Campus. The mixed-use space will feature housing, shops, and restaurants designed around a town square - all within walking distance of EYA's new townhome community Chancellor's Row.

Harris Teeter has opened stores in a number of emerging DC neighborhoods, including a one in the NoMa neighborhood last year.
